Add picture-book forests, rushing white water mountain streams, thundering waterfalls, tranquil lakes, rugged mountain peaks, miles of golden beaches, and a good dollop of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. Stir slowly until you have a mix of enchanting scenery that would inspire a painter or poet. Let it stand for a few millennium. Decorate with playgrounds, theaters, shopping malls, golf courses, and 24-hour gaming casinos.
