Boat tour & train tour. Wildlife shows & exhibits. Take a short drive west of Kingsland to a world where boats are the main form of transportation. Visitors can enjoy guided boat tours or paddle their own boats as they encounter the hundreds of species of plant and animal life, including the often photographed alligators. The park, a wildlife sanctuary, is located 8 miles south of Waycross, Georgia on highway US 1/23. Many overnight facilities are available in the Waycross area, including camping at nearby Laura S. Walker State Park. An admission charge goes towards operating and developing the park.
